Our public commitments

We will never…

Eight short, dated, falsifiable promises. Each one is a single sentence so it cannot hide behind softening language. If we ever break one of these, you should be able to call us out on it.

  1. We will never sell your data.

  2. We will never share your calculator inputs with NRS or any government body.

  3. We will never enable third-party retargeting or behavioural ad tracking.

  4. We will never use dark patterns to push you toward signup, upgrade, or sharing data.

  5. We will never require an account to use the calculator, explainers, or guides.

  6. We will never ask for BVN, NIN, bank details, or passwords over WhatsApp.

  7. We will never store your uploaded documents on our servers except under the narrow WhatsApp payslip-explainer exception we describe in the Trust Center.

  8. We will never change a tax calculation without bumping the engine version and updating the public methodology page.
